Dressing for the weather:
a) windbreaker Men / Women
b) synthetic thermal top
c) any reflective clothing / tights / gloves
d) hat – winter synthetic or wool
e) gloves-running gloves preferred
f) bring towel(s)
g) water bottle(s)
h) shoes- running shoes, CF shoes, trail runners – No boots
Or you can decide one morning and wear shorts:
Mandatory –
PMA – Positive Mental Attitude trust me it’s going to make a difference
Change of top and shoes just in case
