CF Baseball – 20min AMRAP

Begin each round with:

  • 5 x push ups

Then run to each station = 90ft apart

  • 10 x burpees (1st base)
  • 10 x kb snatches (2nd base)
  • 10 x leg levers (3rd base)
  • 40 x mtn climbers (home plate)
  • start – home plate – push ups
