Exploring new greens, and pull up bars

We’re heading to Roos park in Forest Park, IL.

Having a go with this crew so breaking in a new location will be a hoot.

What are we doing today?

WOD –

  • 20 x step ups
  • 20 x knees to chest (k2c)
  • 1 x up and over lap (bridge)
  • 20 x burpees
  • 20 x k2c
  • 1 x up and over lap (bridge)
  • 20 x push ups
  • 20 x k2c

  • Change of WOD with no gear was a quick test to see how body feels. Incline / decline running on bridge was a good test.
