What are we doing today?
WOD –
- 20 x step ups
- 20 x knees to chest (k2c)
- 1 x up and over lap (bridge)
- 20 x burpees
- 20 x k2c
- 1 x up and over lap (bridge)
- 20 x push ups
- 20 x k2c
Change of WOD with no gear was a quick test to see how body feels. Incline / decline running on bridge was a good test.
