  • Superman’s

Rest 2 min

  • 30 x Partner push-ups
    (Facing each other clapping opposing hands every rep)
  • 5 x hill repeats :30~1:00 rest

Tabata this –

  • 4 min total per exercise
  • 8 x :20 sec of work + :10 sec of rest
  • Total time – 24min of work
  • Keep a running tally
